• Specializing in Risk Management that starts with recruiting, training, safety and ends with handling of claims, return to work programs, managing litigated claims resolution with a focus on reducing company risk and costs. 

• Experienced in creating and implementing policies, procedures, programs that meet government and third party auditing requirements. 

• Utilize my knowledge of Federal government regulations to assist companies in meeting these requirements. 

• Handle Notice of violations from Government agencies by implementing corrective actions, negotiation of fines and resolutions. 

• Experienced in oversight, support and coordination of training, incident investigation auditing, risk assessment, policy and regulations review. 

• Write Quality Assurance Programs; create quality assurance testing techniques, Read and Interpret Regulations, Create Forms for data collection.  

• Provide Regulatory Compliance for all Agencies; DOD, Air Force, Navy, Marines, Army, Coast Guard, USDA, FDA, OSHA, CAL/OSHA, EPA, CAL EPA, APCD,  DTSC, State Regulatory Agencies, County, and City. 

• 10 years providing food safety consulting.
